Above are the "official" hours.  However, I'm almost never without my laptop and mobile (cell) phone.  I'm notified when messages are left on the office phone and can access them remotely.  I'm seldom where I am not connected to the internet.  You'll find I'll usually respond to calls and messages within minutes and at the latest the next day.
